It was a clear win for Dr. Rajan Mahtani as his evidences and documents were far factual and evidentiary compared to the other party. However, Dr. Rajan Mahtani, his lawyers and the entire onlookers were shocked when the final judgment was given against Dr. Mahtani. It was a clear case of misdirected judgment as the judge completely ignored the evidences submitted by Dr. Mahtani
After this judgment, Dr. Rajan Mahtani stepped up and now has made another appeal to the higher court of Zambia against this judgment at the Lusaka High Court. Reply is awaited as of now.
